Role in the Library
As Customer Experience Manager, Kathy is tasked with creating a welcoming and safe environment for all Library users. Kathy also leads the Tri-Institutional Committee on Accessibility in the Library, which works to create accessible study spaces for users with various (dis)abilities.
Kathy holds a Master's Degree in History from the University of Nebraska, Omaha, and a Bachelor's in Human and Social Service Administration from Bellevue University. Kathy also attended Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland while serving on active duty in the US Navy.
