Since 1978, the Auraria Library has been a selective depository
for U.S. government publications distributed by the Government
Printing Office (GPO). According to the Government
Publications Collection Development Policy, the department selects
those publications which support the instructional programs of the
campus. Strengths include publications from the Census Bureau, Commerce
Department, Congress, Department of Justice, Federal Aviation Administration,
Labor, State Department, Transportation, and statistical publications.
Auraria Library is also a depository for Colorado State publications
and Denver Regional Council of Governments
(DRCOG) publications and is a Census Bureau State Data Center
Affiliate. See the Skyline
catalog for all publications.
