- As for all other materials, requests should be made at the Reserve
desk to place videos on reserve.
- All reserve materials will be stored in & circulated
from the Reserve desk.
- Videos will circulate for 4-hour, 1-day, or 3-day loan
periods, at the discretion of the instructor.
- A video machine is located near the Reserve desk. Additional
units are available near the Video collection department.
- All materials are removed from Reserves annually to
comply with copyright restrictions. All non-copyright
materials are also removed to provide space for new items
supporting current course offerings.
- The booking system will continue to be available from
the Video
collection department.
- Service from the distribution system is available from
the Video
collection department. Instructors or students may
have reserve videos shown through the distribution system,
but they will be responsible for checking out & returning
the material properly.
- Late fines for videos on reserve are the same as those
for other reserves:
$1.00 per hour or fraction thereof for 4-hour reserves
$0.20 per hour or fraction thereof for 1-day & 3-day
reserves.
- Auraria Library's main collection is still in the Video
collection department.
- Reserves staff are not authorized to grant exceptions
to circulation policies.
