The Auraria Library would like to provide you with additional assistance
to make your time in the library as productive and pleasant as possible.
However, there are limitations to what we can offer.
Please keep these simple guidelines in mind when using
our services:
- When you begin a new assignment or project, please plan on making
an appointment with us to review your project.
- We can serve you better if you schedule an appointment at least
two days before you come to the library.
- Call or email Tobey
Stein (tobey.stein@cudenver.edu) at 303-556-4458 between 8:00am
and 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, to schedule an appointment.
- Appointments last from thirty minutes to 1 hour, depending on
the type of assistance you need.
- It is helpful to bring a copy of your assignment to the meeting.
After scheduling an appointment, we can help with the following:
- Finding books, journals, articles, microfilm and microfiche
- Copying articles
- Copying microfilm and microfiche
- Filling out Interlibrary Loan
forms to get materials from another library.
- If you are unable to keep your appointment or pick up your library
material, please call us!
Unfortunately, Auraria Library cannot provide the following
services:
- We cannot provide a reader to read library material.
- We cannot provide someone to tape library material.
- We cannot provide word processing or typing.
- We cannot provide proof-reading, material scanning, or specialized
A/V service.
