Reservations for all conference and study rooms are made through
the Administrative Office
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 303-556-2805. At the time the
reservation is taken, the student, staff or faculty member
wInterlibrary loan be asked for their campus ID number.
Group Study Rooms 205 and 206 may be reserved and used
by students, faculty, staff, or other Auraria Campus groups.
The study rooms may only be used by groups of 2 or more.
Rooms may be reserved by phone until 5:00 p.m. Monday through
Friday. At 5:00 p.m. the sign-up sheets will be posted for
the following day. People can check the sheets for each
room and reserve any open space for that day. Sheets for
Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be on the doors Friday
afternoon. All reservations are on a first come, first served
basis. It is expected that the rooms be used for library
or academic purposes (including library faculty service
activities, e.g. CLA meetings). For other uses, e.g. social
groups, the caller will be referred to AHEC Conference Services
(303-556-2755) to arrange meeting rooms in the Student Union.
Effective January 1, 1991 "smoking and the sale of
tobacco products are prohibited in all buildings owned or
leased by the state under the control of the executive branch..."

Rooms 256 and 245 (Jerry Robinson Instruction Lab) are
for library use only.
Permanent assignment of rooms is not made to any particular
academic group; however, rooms may be reserved for particular
times for one month at a time, in advance. The time for
using the room is limited to no more than four hours per
reservation, and the room must be used during the hours
the Library is open.
Exceptions to this policy may be granted by the Dean.
