Giving to the Library

One in five college students in the state of Colorado attend one of the academic institutions on the Auraria campus: University of Colorado Denver, Metropolitan State College of Denver, and Community College of Denver. The Auraria Library, located in downtown Denver and publically funded, serves all three schools. However, public funds alone do not cover our annual budget as well as growing needs. Designed in 1976 to serve a maximum of 15,000 students, the Auraria Library now serves 50,000 students. In an effort to meet our growing population, the Auraria Library seeks to raise private funds by different means. There are many ways to give a tax-deductible gift to the Auraria Library including cash, credit card, stock, pledge, matching gift, gift-in-kind, or planned gifts.

For more information, please contact Catherine Ostrander, Head of Development & Community Relations.
