Information

The sources of information surround us from eBooks to Twitter to databases ... they inform us and inform our learning. We can help your students grasp the world of information.

Research

Research is a journey in an ever-changing information environment. We can help your students evaluate information, develop a search strategy and understand scholarly research processes and concepts including peer review, subject vocabulary, scholarship, literature reviews, synthesis and reflection.

Curriculum

As information professionals we see and use the full range of resources available. We can work with you to map research skills to courses in your department, integrate research skills and information resources for departmental majors directly into course materials and research assignments, and connect a subject-specialist course librarian with your students creating a valuable relationship that will extend throughout their academic career.

Learning

All of us use information to learn, integrating previously acquired knowledge with the use of discipline-based information resources to develop research and life-long learning skills. We can help reinforce this process for your students outside or inside the classroom.
