User Conduct
The Auraria Library is funded to support the academic missions of the Community College of Denver, Metropolitan State College of Denver and the University of Colorado at Denver by providing resources which support the instructional, research and administrative objectives of the academic community. The Auraria Library also allows community members not affiliated with the three Auraria institutions to use its resources so long as such use is consistent with the Library's mission.
All users of the Auraria Library are expected to behave in a manner which promotes the full use, operation, and enjoyment of the Library's resources and facilities. Behavior which interferes with the use, operation or enjoyment of the Library will not be tolerated. Harassment of or interference with the library staff or other library users also will not be tolerated. See User Rules of Conduct below.
Anyone who violates this policy will be so informed and asked to stop the offensive conduct and/or leave. Auraria Campus Police and Security will be called when necessary. If further action is necessary, the established disciplinary procedures of the user's parent institution will be followed. For non-affiliated users, any further action will follow the procedures established by the University of Colorado at Denver.
