Study room reservation

Room Scheduling Tutorial

Study Rooms 205 and 206 may be reserved and used by students affiliated with any one of the three institutions on the Auraria campus or by faculty and staff of the Auraria Library.

The study rooms may only be used by groups of 2 or more.

Rooms may be reserved for specific times for one month at a time in advance.  All reservations are made on a first come, first served basis.  Rooms may be used for no more than four hours per reservation and the room must be used during the hours the Library is open.

Individuals who have not arrived within 15 minutes of their scheduled time will automatically forfeit their reservation.  Permanent assignment of rooms will not be made and rooms must only be used for library or academic purposes (including library faculty service activities).  For other uses, e.g. social groups, the caller will be referred to AHEC Conference Services (303-556-2206) to arrange meeting rooms at the Tivoli Student Union.

Advance study room reservations can be made at the Circulation Desk or by calling 303-556-2639 if patrons do not have access to a pc.
