National Technical Information Service -- Publishes scientific and technical reports of government sponsored research. You can search their bibliographic database for reports since 1990. Many of these are available from the University of Colorado at Boulder Government Publications Library which has an extensive, comprehensive, historical collection in microfiche of technical reports from various federal agencies such as NTIS, NASA, U.S. Atomic Energy Agency, and Dept. of Energy. An interlibrary loan request will produce a microfiche copy of the report which you may keep or donate back to the Auraria Library. Be sure to indicate clearly on your request that it is a U.S. government technical report to be requested from CU-Boulder. 1990 to present.
NTRS: NASA Technical Reports Server Scientific and technical information from NASA's technical report servers and non-NASA sites pertinent to NASA's mission, using the Open Archives Initiative.
