As of February 2008, I became the Electronic Resource & Serials Librarian for Auraria Library, a tri-institutional academic library in downtown Denver, Colorado. We serve the students, faculty and staff of the University of Colorado Denver, Metropolitan State College of Denver, and Community College of Denver.

I supervise five members of the Electronic Resources and Serials team. We are dedicated to providing Auraria campus with uninterrupted access to print and online resources (e.g. databases, e-books, e-journals, periodicals, serial books, and microforms). Currently, we are implementing Innovative Interface’s Electronic Resource Management product. We hope this system will help us provide library users with access to and information on electronic resources.  

Previously, I was the Public Services Librarian at Johnson & Wales University, Denver Campus. I wore many hats, but one of my primary responsibilities was library instruction. Although I have switched my focus to technical services, I still have a passion for working with students and library instruction. I hope to get back in the classroom as soon as possible.
