As the Associate Director of Technical Services at Auraria Library, a tri-institutional academic library in downtown Denver, I facilitate the workflow processes between acquisitions, cataloging, and electronic resources.

We are dedicated to serving the students, faculty, and staff of the University of Colorado Denver, Metropolitan State College of Denver, and Community College of Denver with uninterrupted access to print and online resources.

Previously I have been an Instruction & Reference librarian at Johnson & Wales University, Denver Campus; an Elementary School librarian for Denver Public Schools; and a Teen Services and Reference librarian at Contra Costa County Library in California.

I currently apply my public services experiences to my current role in technical services.  This background helps me improve back office management and enhance students’ experience discovering and accessing learning materials.
