Finding Textbooks at the Auraria Library

The Auraria Library does not buy textbooks for courses. However, sometimes professors leave their copies at the library for people to borrow. Sometimes students donate their copies. Occasionally other libraries will lend you copies of a textbook. This tutorial teaches you how to explore these three options. If you cannot find your textbook, you may want to look at the list of discount textbook stores listed below, and purchase your book.

Not sure what your textbook's title is? Try "What's My Textbook Called Again?"

Beyond the Campus Bookstore

Ask your Instructor to see if previous editions of textbooks will work.

If you order a textbook online, consider paying extra to "Expedite" your order.
