Customer Experience Manager Access and Public Services
Role in the Library
As Customer Experience Manager, Bailey collaborates with the Access and Public Services Department to provide library services and high levels of customer service at Auraria Library’s front-line service points.
Bailey has worked in libraries for 5+ years. She started as a part-time library assistant while obtaining her Master’s in Library and Information Science. Upon graduation she continued her work in public libraries as a reference librarian. Before joining the Auraria Library staff in October of 2018, she was the Library Technician II for Denver Women’s Correctional Facility. Her goal is to provide innovative library services to the Auraria community.
