Get more resources from Denver Public Library (DPL) for relaxing popular readings and tunes as well as unique research collections.
1. REGISTER ONLINE
>> Go to denverlibrary.org/library-card to register online.
>> The opening registration screen asks you to choose a favorite DPL location (even though you may never go to a physical library). Central Library is the closest to Auraria Campus - and you can find a complete listing of locations by going to denverlibrary.org/locations.
>> Be sure to indicate your school in the form's College or University drop down menu
2. GET YOUR DPL NUMBER
>> Once you register you’ll be issued an online library number that allows you access to DPL online resources.
>> Be sure to make note of your number and/or set up a username for your DPL account.
>> Your online registration is good for 4 years!
3. ACCESS DPL RESOURCES
>> Check out ebooks, streaming movies and digital magazines
>> Stream and download music on Volume
>> Access research databases online
Please Note: You only need to physically visit a Denver Public Library location if you choose to check out physical materials or need to use DPL computers. Remember to bring in a photo ID and proof of address if you choose to go to a DPL branch and get a permanent library card for access to all library services and physical and digital materials.
