You’ll find coffee at the Library Café and songs through the Library’s streaming music collections. The varied music offerings support campus music courses and research and offer gems for the campus community to sample.

The Library's streaming music collections include -

  • Naxos Music Library. This collection contains music from classical, jazz, and world music labels including BIS, Chandos, CPO, Haenssler, Hungaroton, Marco Polo, Vanguard Classics, VOX, Naxos, ARC, Celestial Harmonies and others. It also contains film music, nostalgia, classic and contemporary rock, spoken word recordings (such as radio shows), and nature sounds.
  • Naxos Jazz . Here you’ll find an extensive selection of music from jazz legends as well as contemporary music makers.
  • Classical Music Library. Check out this multi-label database of recordings for listening and learning. It covers music from medieval times to the present. Time periods covered include medieval, renaissance, baroque, pre-classical, classical, romantic, late-romantic, 20th, and 21st century.
  • DRAM - Database of Recorded American Music. Get access to CD-quality audio.  DRAM contents focus on important recordings that collection curators have judged neglected by the commercial marketplace.
  • Opera in Video. This is a near comprehensive collection of Western operas, captured on video.
