Ask Us Desk
The Ask Us Desk provides library patrons with support for printing and scanning, computer logons, microform machines, self-checkout machines, the collaborative workstation, basic tech help such as email, attachments and scanning, and using the wireless network.
Stop by the Ask Us Desk on Level 1 of the library for assistance during our hours:
Mon-Thurs 7:30 a.m. – 10 pm, Fri 7:30 – 6 p.m., Sat & Sun 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Logging in to a library workstation
The computers in the library are for students, faculty and staff of the Auraria Campus. Log in to a library workstation with your last name and 9-digit student ID (exceptions: CU Denver faculty add three zeros before your 6-digit ID).
Saving your work
Students may save documents in the “My Documents” folder on any computer (documents saved on computer are deleted automatically every night) or a flash drive, or they may email documents to themselves.
