Ask Us Desk

The Ask Us Desk provides library patrons with support for printing and scanning, computer logons, microform machines, self-checkout machines, the collaborative workstation, basic tech help such as email, attachments and scanning, and using the wireless network.

Logging in to a library workstation

The computers in the library are for students, faculty and staff of the Auraria Campus. Log in to a library workstation with your last name and 9-digit student ID (exceptions: CU Denver faculty add three zeros before your 6-digit ID).

Saving your work

Students may save work:
1. In the “My Documents” folder on any computer
    - Note: documents saved on computers are deleted automatically every night
2. To a flash drive
3. By emailing documents to themselves
