Role in the Library
Cathalina is the programmer within the library Web Services team. One of her most important role is ensuring the website(s) are secure and functioning. Cathalina is also involved in writing code utilizing best coding practices; assessing new technology, programs and other features; evaluating security and other maintenance issues; and providing technical support to members of the team.
More About
Cathalina loves to program and learn new languages, with the intention of using the right programming language for the job as much as possible. She also has deep interest in Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things (IOT). She is beginning to transfer her love of computer languages into communication languages, learning/speaking in various degrees - Spanish, French, Creole, American Sign Language(ASL) and Esperanto.
