Karen is a native Marylander. She has been a part of the Auraria Library since 2008. She also holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership for Educational Equity (CU Denver), a Master of Science in Library Science and a Master of Arts in English (UNC-Chapel Hill), and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in English (Penn State).
